Philosophy of social contribution

As a corporate citizen of the society, GKL wishes to help the poor and coexist with our neighbors.
With contributions to social activities tracing back to 2005, we have made a variety of efforts to implement systematic contributions on a continuing
basis. For instance, our enterprise-wide social service organization initiates various activities, which include “voluntary service”, “provision of medical
benefits for the foreign workers and relocated families”, “support for the
education for the children of relocated families”, and “culture/arts-related
activities”. In lieu of simple contributory donations, our social contribution
also focuses on “participating activities” like voluntary services, where
volunteers experience “new value” by participating in practical programs
where they can directly experience the joys and benefits of contributing
to society. In addition, we actively participate in humanitarian relief
programs by cooperating with international relief organizations providing
materials, financial resources and human resources. We are committed to
go beyond the simple returns of our success to benefit society by making
efforts to create a wonderful world through humanitarian activities.
